To ask the Secretary of State for Transport whether she has any plans to review legislation on the long-term use of foreign registered vehicles on UK roads.

In order to allow freedom of movement between member states legislation is in place to allow vehicles to circulate without the need to register or pay duties in the host country. This limits visits to six months in any 12 month period. There are no plans to review this.
