To ask Her Majesty's Government what is their assessment of the estimate by Human Rights Watch in their report I Had To Run Away that in January 2012 there were approximately 400 women and girls in prison in Afghanistan for "moral crimes", such as deserting a husband, reporting honour killings, and reporting female genital mutilation; and whether they will make representations to the Government of Afghanistan on these issues.
