To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government how many homes have been built as a result of the Government's NewBuy Guarantee scheme.

The Government are committed to reviewing the NewBuy Guarantee scheme in 2014. This review will include Government's assessment of the number of additional homes built as a result of the scheme.
The Home Builders Federation estimates there will be at least 25,000 additional new homes built as a direct result of NewBuy.
