To ask the Secretary of State for Health if he will estimate the change in the level of spending on NHS services in Harlow constituency since May 2010.

The total expenditure of West Essex Primary Care Trust (PCT), which covers Harlow, was £422 million in 2009-10 and rose to over £429 million in 2010-11. These are the latest available figures on spending. However, we are increasing national health service funding in each year of this Parliament. West Essex PCT’s funding has increased by £24 million since 2011-12.
