The Department has no plans to set up a single whistleblower line for allegations of fraud against Work programme providers. All DWP providers on the employment-related support services framework are required to have in place a ‘whistleblower’ system to enable staff to report inappropriate behaviour by colleagues within their organisation, including fraud allegations. Work programme participants concerned about fraud may report this to their Jobcentre Plus adviser.
