To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer how much revenue was generated for the Exchequer by fuel duty in the last year for which figures are available.

The latest outturn figure for fuel duty was £27.3 billion in 2010-11, published in table ‘D.3: Current Receipts: OBR forecast’ of Budget 2012, HC1853.
