Entry Clearances: Pakistan
Home Department

Fiona Mactaggart (Slough, Labour)
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what the longest time was between the promulgation of a determination by the First-Tier Tribunal allowing an entry clearance (a) settlement appeal and (b) appeal for a family visitor and the issuing of entry clearance to the appellant by the British high commission in Pakistan for entry clearances issued in (i) 2010, (ii) 2011 and (iii) 2012 to date.

Damian Green (Minister of State (Immigration), Home Office; Ashford, Conservative)
The date of promulgation of a determination is not recorded centrally by the UK Border Agency's Visa Sections. To collect this information would require the examination of individual records which would incur disproportionate costs.
