In HM the Queen's Speech it was announced that a draft Bill will be published to reform the water industry in England and Wales. It will be published before the summer recess and will be subject to pre-legislative scrutiny.
DEFRA officials are constantly in touch with their Welsh counterparts to discuss and prepare the draft Water Bill.
