To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Olympics, Media and Sport what representations he has received on the effects of Gambling Commission investigation practices on small business licence holders.

I have been informed by the British Amusement Catering Trade Association (BACTA) of concerns it has raised with the Gambling Commission about its investigation practices under section 116 of the Gambling Act 2005. The Gambling Commission is investigating the complaint under its established procedures, details of which can be found at:
