To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what plans she has to establish ministerial accountability for the direction and control of officers of the National Crime Agency in Northern Ireland.

Subject to the passage of legislation, the National Crime Agency will be under the direction and control of the director general, including in Northern Ireland. In terms of ministerial accountability, the director general will be accountable to the Home Secretary.
