To ask the Attorney-General what the policy of the Crown Prosecution Service is on the use of evidence obtained by undercover filming in making a decision whether to bring a prosecution for animal cruelty at a slaughterhouse under the Welfare of Animals (Slaughter or Killing) Regulations 1995.
