To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what estimate he has made of the effect on couples with (a) one child aged eight years and (b) two children aged eight to 10 years of changes to (i) working tax credit, (ii) child benefit, (iii) the level of VAT and (iv) housing benefit where their income is (A) £15,000, (B) £20,000, (C) £25,000, (D) £30,000, (E) £40,000 and (F) £50,000 a year.
