There have been fewer than five investigations in the Department for International Development into breaches by civil servants of the Civil Service Code of Conduct between May 2010 and March 2012.
The Civil Service Commission Annual Report and Accounts 2010-11 sets out the total number of approaches handled by the Commission for that reporting period.
