(2) what official (a) lunches, (b) dinners and (c) receptions he hosted in each of the last 12 months; and what the (i) location, (ii) total cost to the public purse and (iii) purpose was of each event.

In the last 16 months the Chancellor and other HM Treasury Ministers have hosted more than 20 receptions at No. 11 Downing street. All of these have been for charities, with no cost to the public purse for any of the receptions held.
