To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions how many (a) motor personal injury cases and (b) motor personal injury settlements were registered with his Department's Compensation Recovery Unit (CRU) in each of the last 20 years; and how much was recovered from victims of motor personal injury cases by the CRU in that period.
