To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they will list any individuals in the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs or nominated by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs or Ministers in that Department who hold posts remunerated on the basis of at least 100 days' work per annum and who are paid through a company for their services, with the pay band in each case.

The Chief Secretary to the Treasury has announced an urgent review of the tax arrangements of senior public sector appointments, to report by the end of March 2012. Ministers are paid through the departmental payroll.
