To ask the Secretary of State for Justice if he will make it his policy that the July 2012 safer custody bulletin should include the (a) date of first reception into custody and (b) sentence length, where the prisoner had been sentenced, for each prisoner who committed suicide in custody in England and Wales in 2011.
