To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change whether he has had discussions with Ministers of the Northern Ireland Executive on bioliquids and the Renewable Heat Incentive.

DECC officials have had general discussions with their counterparts at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment (Northern Ireland) about the Renewable Heat Incentive but there have been no discussions specifically about bioliquids.
