Work and Pensions
Stella Creasy (Shadow Minister (Home Affairs); Walthamstow, Labour)
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions what the average backdated claim was which was awarded in disability living allowance appeals in the latest period for which figures are available; and if he will make a statement.
Maria Miller (The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Work and Pensions; Basingstoke, Conservative)
