To ask the Secretary of State for Justice when he next expects to meet staff representatives to discuss the future of the Land Registry.

The Minister of State, my noble Friend (Lord McNally), has agreed to meet with staff representatives of the Land Registry once consideration of the recent Feasibility Study into the opportunities presented by private sector involvement in the Land Registry has concluded, and before any public announcement has been made. A date has not yet been set for those meetings.
