To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what estimate she has made of the cost to the public purse of (a) the (i) pay, (ii) expenses and (iii) contributions made to environmental protest groups by Mark Kennedy and (b) the (i) pay and (ii) expenses of police officers assigned to protect him; and what arrangements were made to account for such costs.
