Lord McNally (Minister of State, Justice; Liberal Democrat)

My honourable friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Justice (Jonathon Djanogly) wrote to Caroline Slocock, chief executive of Refugee and Migrant Justice (RMJ), on 26 May offering to meet, but took the view that it would be inappropriate for a Minister to meet during the current tender process. The letter stated that he was prepared to meet representatives of RMJ after the award process for the asylum and immigration contracts is completed, including any period of appeal.
