To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland from how many documents released by his Department under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in the last five years information has been withheld under the exemptions relating to (a) parliamentary privilege, (b) disclosure of personal data, (c) disclosure of commercial data, (d) duty of confidence and the public interest, (e) operation of a ministerial private office, (f) advice from the Law Officers, (g) ministerial correspondence, (h) formulation or development of Government policy, (i) information supplied by or relating to security bodies, (j) international relations and (k) relations between bodies within the UK.

In order to provide the information requested it would be necessary to review all documents that have been released by the Department since 2005. As this would incur disproportionate costs I regret that I am unable to provide the information.
