To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they will publish the full note of 24 November 1994 by Detective Chief Superintendent Eddie McIvor, Royal Ulster Constabulary, placed on the police file concerning Mr Martin McGuiness and alleged murders and acts of terrorism which was submitted to the Director of Public Prosecutions.

That is an operational matter for the chief constable. I have asked him to reply directly to the noble Lord, and a copy of his letter will be placed in the Library of the House.
