To ask the Minister of State, Department for Business, Innovation and Skills on how many occasions the (a) Competition Commission and (b) Office of Fair Trading has referred a (i) matter and (ii) recommendation to his Department for determination under the provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002 since that Act came into force.

Since the Enterprise Act 2002 came into force, the Competition Commission (CC) and the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) published the following market study investigations and market studies respectively which made recommendations to government: These are listed as follows:
