To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether any of his Department's non-departmental public bodies sent representatives to attend one or more political party conferences in 2009.

In respect of Home Office non-departmental public bodies, three representatives of the National Policing Improvement Agency (NPIA) attended fringe events at the Labour and Conservative political party conferences in 2009, as observers.
