To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government when the Tenant Services Authority will cease operating under the legal powers granted to the Housing Corporation.

We are working towards commencing the Tenant Services Authority's new powers under the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 on 1 April 2010.
