To ask the Secretary of State for Health whether his Department has considered the effect on patients of (a) King's College hospital and (b) South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust of proposed reductions to rail services on the South London Line; and if he will make a statement.

The Department has not independently investigated the effect to patients of proposed reductions to rail services on the South London Line. It is the responsibility of Transport for London to ensure that its services adequately meet the needs of the local population.
