To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government if he will undertake a privacy impact assessment of the Valuation Office Agency's automated valuation model and associated council tax databases in light of the amounts of digital property data being stored by that Agency.

No. The Valuation Office Agency's Automated Valuation Model was developed before privacy impact assessment became mandatory and the project posed no risk to the privacy of an individual.
