To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government how many preserved Right to Buy sales there have been in each local authority area in each year since 1997.

Figures for preserved right to buy (PRTB) sales are not available at individual local authority area. The following table shows the total number of PRTB sales by registered social landlords from 2000-01.
