To ask Her Majesty's Government whether an official announcement has been made on any scheme for the location of Government departments on a new site adjacent to Manchester Piccadilly station on the site of the Mayfield station.

On 1 May my right honourable friend the Minister for the North West announced a feasibility study into plans for a civil service campus on public land near Piccadilly Station in Manchester.
