Railways: Intercity Trains

To ask Her Majesty's Government in respect of each type of Intercity Express Programme train, (a) how many dedicated cycle-carrying spaces are planned; and (b) how much flexible space is planned which will be capable of being used at peak times for passengers standing or sitting on fold-down seats, and at off-peak times for bulky luggage or cycles.
