To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what the Audit Commission performance rating is for each local authority housing department in England; and what stock options strategy each is following.

A table showing the housing scores and decent homes delivery option for each of the 115 unitary local authorities in England has been placed in the Library of the House. There is no annual assessment of district council housing functions as with single tier authorities through the Comprehensive Performance Assessment framework.
