To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what the temperature has been at midday at each of the Met Office's observation stations in the UK on each day in (a) November, (b) December, (c) January, (d) February and (e) March since 1985.

It would seem the MOD does not want to let the public know if there has been a rise in average temp over the past 20 years. Mr. Hemming and every living being in our nation needs the figures.

Anyway, what if the *is* a rise in average temps over the past 20 years? What then? What if there is a drop? What then?
