In response to the written parliamentary question from Mr Doran about the commencement of the Third Parties (Rights against Insurers) Act 2010 (UIN 98039)—
The position remains that no date has yet been set to bring the Act into force. The Ministry of Justice is continuing to work with interested parties to prepare the way for commencement at the earliest practicable date.
