To ask the Scottish Executive what its assessment is of the value of surplus NHS land and buildings.

This information is not held centrally. The day-to-day management of NHSScotland assets including the sale of surplus land and buildings is a matter devolved to NHS boards to undertake following well established guidance and mandatory procedures as directed by the NHSScotland Property Transactions Handbook.
