To ask the Scottish Executive whether there will be non-financial criteria for accessing the Innovation and Investment Fund and, if so, what criteria.

Letters inviting applications to the Innovation and Investment Fund will be circulated within the next week, these will set out the criteria that applications will need to meet. The letters have been drafted in consultation with key stakeholders, including COSLA and the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations.
