To ask the Scottish Executive what assessment it has made of the possibility of ferry services between Scotland and Norway.
Any ferry service between Scotland and Norway would have to operate on a commercially viable basis and this would be a matter for the prospective ferry operator to consider. We would be happy to consider any commercially viable proposal.
