Written Answers — Education and Skills: Variable Top-up Fees (16 Jan 2006): Gisela Stuart: To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills what assessment the Government have made of the impact of variable top-up fees on the number of UK-domiciled students taking up postgraduate courses.
