Paul Goggins: Since the invasion of Iraq in 2003, four Police Service of Northern Ireland officers have been involved in training Iraqi police personnel. All four officers were temporarily promoted from the rank of Inspector to the rank of Chief Inspector for the duration of their secondment to Iraq.
