Gordon Prentice: That is cheaper than ID cards. Am I the only Labour Member who thinks it is scandalous that the DNA of innocent people can be held on the DNA database? Why do not Ministers follow the logic of their position, regardless of the cost, and ask for swabs from every individual in the land and see what reaction it generates?
