Lady Lady Hermon: To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what discussions he has had with his colleagues in the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs about the extension of the Hunting Bill to Northern Ireland.

Lady Lady Hermon: I hope that that hon. Gentleman does not retreat too far. In his opinion, would clause 81(1)(b) cover someone who played loud music during the night or enjoyed fox hunting? Could not those activities be viewed with the disapproval of a reasonable person?
