Ian Austin: Communities and Local Government has received one representation on the application of the freedom of information legislation to registered social landlords. The Freedom of Information Act 2000 only applies to those public authorities listed in the Act. Local authorities are listed, but registered social landlords are not, and are therefore not subject to the Act.
