The whole issue is now quite farcical. 80% reduction? they will be lucky to manage 8%. In any case the idea that carbon dioxide is warming the planet is quite ludicrous since it hasn't warmed in ten years in spite of rising CO2 and from the 40's to the 80's it cooled, again in spite of rising CO2. Temperatures in the Mediaeval Warm Period were around 1 degree warmer than today, without power stations or 4x4's.
