Edward has researched this issue, fully understood the problem, and elegantly exressed it to the House. A wonderful speech, covering all of the important points in a concise manner, and offering overwhelming arguement to support the Community First Responders. There can be no greater joy than to save another person's life. There can be no greater dismay than to see a person die for want of a better system. Let's hope the system is improved soon.
