  • In the course of an otherwise non-registrable visit to India, I was provided with a helicopter flight with the Chief Minister of the Punjab, to attend a cultural celebration in rural Punjab on 13 April 2007; and with return travel by road from Chandighar to Delhi on 14 April 2007 provided by Mr Samir Thapar, Chairman of the JCT Football Club, Punjab.
