    • 25 October-1 November 2008, to China as a member of the All-Party Parliamentary China Group, at the invitation of the Jiangsu Provincial People's congress to consolidate links between the UK and China. Transport to and from China was paid for by the All-Party Parliamentary China Group from donations previously registered.
