    • 7-19 December 2003, to Cairo, Egypt, to take part in the 4th General Assembly of the World Scout Parliamentary Union in my capacity as Joint Chairman of the All-Party Parliamentary Scout Group. The Scout Association met the cost of the air fares and the accommodation was paid for by the Egyptian People's Assembly. (Registered 22 March 2004)
