This is what we have missed over the past four weeks. I may not be impressed with the Minister’s powers of research, but I am impressed with two words used by my hon. Friend the Member for Kingston upon Hull East, “slight” and “significant”—slight burden and significant opportunity. On those words I would like to press the amendment to a vote.
