Will the Minister furnish the Committee with the information about delays that I told her about, which was supplied to Gingerbread by the Department for Work and Pensions and covered child support appeals between April and December 2008? It was 11 weeks between the appeal by the CSA and the papers going to the Tribunals Service and just under 22 weeks’ clearance time for an appeal by the Tribunals Service. The Minister said that she did not recognise the numbers, and I accept that they may not be accurate. Can she furnish the Committee with accurate information?
